Apprenticeship and Training

Apprentices attend a four year program where they receive on the job training as well as up to 200 college level classroom training hours per year. Classroom training includes hands on practical training with emphasis on safety. Training materials are up to date and comprehensive to the trade.

Apprentices will graduate with many safety certifications, welding certifications, and the ability to step into leadership positions.

Apprenticeship instructors are well qualified and receive the highest levels of professional training.
